Commercial Solar Systems in Lahore

Commercial solar for shops, offices, schools, hospitals and warehouses in Lahore — cut operating costs, hedge against rising tariffs and export surplus power with a net-metered three-phase system.

Typical range

15 kW – 100 kW

Commercial solar in Lahore turns unused rooftop into a long-term hedge against rising electricity tariffs. For shops, offices, showrooms, schools, hospitals, restaurants and warehouses, a well-designed commercial solar system lowers the single largest controllable cost on the P&L — the electricity bill — while exporting surplus units to the grid on a net-metering or net-billing connection.

Why businesses in Lahore go solar

  • Lower operating costs — offset daytime consumption, when commercial demand and solar generation both peak.
  • Tariff protection — insulate the business from future grid-tariff increases.
  • Predictable cash flow — a solar asset with a known payback and long service life.
  • Sustainability — a visible ESG commitment your customers and staff can see.

Three-phase, net-metered design

Most commercial premises run on a three-phase connection, so we design around a three-phase inverter architecture that balances load across phases and handles the power-factor characteristics of commercial equipment. Because generation aligns with business hours, on-grid commercial systems usually deliver excellent daytime self-consumption before any export is even considered.

What a commercial installation includes

  • Tier-1 mono PERC / bifacial panels sized to your roof and load profile
  • Commercial three-phase on-grid or hybrid inverter(s)
  • Engineered mounting for RCC, metal-sheet or elevated structures
  • AC/DC distribution, protection, surge arrestors and earthing to standard
  • Remote monitoring and generation reporting
  • Net-metering application and single-line diagram

Feasibility and payback

Every commercial project starts with a feasibility study: we analyse your last 12 months of units, your tariff category, available roof area and shading, then model the system size, expected generation and a realistic payback. You receive an itemised proposal — no vague promises, just the numbers for your premises.

Net metering & net billing in Pakistan (2026)

Under NEPRA's Prosumer Regulations 2026, new grid-tied applicants are placed on a net-billing arrangement: the units your system exports to the grid are purchased at a notified buy-back rate, while the units you import are billed at your normal tariff. Existing net-metering agreements generally remain valid on their original terms until they expire. DISCO approval typically takes around 2.5–3.5 months after installation, and connections up to 1 MW on a three-phase supply are eligible to apply. We prepare the single-line diagram, equipment datasheets and application paperwork and coordinate with your DISCO (LESCO in most of Lahore) on your behalf.

Minimal disruption to your operations

We schedule the installation around your business hours and phase the work so trading continues. Structures and cabling are installed to keep roof access and warranties intact, and commissioning is done with your facilities team.

Frequently asked questions

What size commercial solar system does my business need?
It is driven by your monthly units, tariff and roof area. Many commercial rooftops suit 15–100 kW. We model the optimal size from your last 12 months of bills during a free feasibility study.
Will solar work with my three-phase connection?
Yes. Commercial systems are built around three-phase inverters that balance load across phases and suit commercial equipment. Three-phase connections up to 1 MW are eligible to apply for net metering.
How long is the payback on commercial solar?
Payback depends on system size, your tariff and self-consumption. We provide a project-specific payback estimate in the feasibility proposal rather than a generic figure.
Can we export surplus power to the grid?
Yes, on a net-metering or (for new applicants) net-billing connection. We prepare the single-line diagram and application and coordinate approval with your DISCO.
Will installation disrupt our business?
We phase the work around your operating hours to keep the premises running, and commission the system with your facilities team.
